Fees

It goes without saying that we are independent and free from all kinds of influence; Tingley and Cooper are not bound by any kind of agreement with any product provider.

How much will our services cost?

For new clients, the first meeting is without any cost or obligation on either party with all information received in strict confidence.

We can be paid for our advice and including investment services by an adviser charge, a fee, an ongoing fee or a combination, which will become payable either on completion of the service provided or at specific stages where relevant.

Our initial fees are typically variable up to 2% of the amount invested depending on the work involved or you can pay us a fee for our work. Other fee structures can be arranged by mutual agreement. We will discuss your payment options with you and answer any questions you have. We will not charge you anything until you have agreed how we are to be paid. Here are some examples:

Senior Financial Advisers: £250 to £295 per hour dependant on qualifications, experience and the work being undertaken.

Administration Staff: £60 per hour depending on the work being undertaken.

This fee will be confirmed in writing. We will tell you if you have to pay VAT.

We will agree the rate we will charge you before beginning work.

You may ask us for an estimate of how much in total we might charge. You may also ask us not to exceed a given amount without checking with you first.

We welcome clients who want to be informed and we are confident about the quality of our independent, free from any restrictions advice. The service that Tingley and Cooper provide benefits more than justifies the fees that we charge. To back this up, give you peace of mind, we can organise for new clients to speak to any of our clients at random direct to confirm these facts. We are happy to arrange a meeting without any obligation, for both parties.
